Za pr\u00e1vo \u201erozlievania\u201c dopestovan\u00e9ho v\u00edna vo vlastnom dome za odplatu v\u010fa\u010dia vinohradn\u00edci cis\u00e1rovi Jozefovi II., ktor\u00fd im ho udelil Vyhl\u00e1\u0161kou z\u00a0roku 1784. Pohostenie v\u00ednom sa p\u00f4vodne konalo, aby mohli vinohradn\u00edci prezentova\u0165 aktu\u00e1lne ro\u010dn\u00edky v\u00edna vin\u00e1rom i ostatn\u00fdm obyvate\u013eom obce. O 230 rokov nesk\u00f4r sa v\u0161ak ponuka vo viechach roz\u0161\u00edrila o vtedy nev\u00eddan\u00fd artikel &#8211; vegetari\u00e1nske a veg\u00e1nske dobroty. Samostatn\u00fd z\u00e1kon o viechach \u201eBuschenschankgesetz\u201c naria\u010fuje, \u010do vinohradn\u00edk smie pod\u00e1va\u0165, resp. prik\u00fapi\u0165. Nepovo\u013euje sa napr. pod\u00e1vanie k\u00e1vy a piva. H\u00e1dam \u017eiadna z kuchynsk\u00fdch v\u00fdtvorov spod viechy nie je u\u017e tak dlho v ob\u013eube, ako klasick\u00e9 pohostenie na do\u0161ti\u010dke. Jeho n\u00e1zov je z\u00e1rove\u0148 i programom: na drevenej do\u0161ti\u010dke sa pod\u00e1va nieko\u013eko varen\u00fdch a \u00faden\u00fdch variant \u0161unky, pe\u010den\u00e9 rebierka alebo stehno, klob\u00e1ska, syry, rozli\u010dn\u00e9 pomaz\u00e1nky, Verhackerts (mlet\u00e1 \u00faden\u00e1 slanina), \u010derstv\u00e1 zelenina a nesmie ch\u00fdba\u0165 str\u00fahan\u00fd chren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Novinka 2014: veg\u00e1ni a vegetari\u00e1ni pod viechou<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V ju\u017enom \u0160tajersku \u010das prirodzene tie\u017e nezastal ani \u201epod viechami\u201c juho\u0161tajerskej v\u00ednnej\u00a0cesty.
