M\u00e1lokoho v\u0161ak zauj\u00edma, \u010do vlastne zje. Hlavne ke\u010f m\u00e1 na nie\u010do chu\u0165. Dne\u0161n\u00e9 komer\u010dn\u00e9 potraviny s\u00fa dokonca stavan\u00e9 tak, aby sme na ne chu\u0165 ur\u010dite mali. V\u00a0s\u00fa\u010dasnosti konzumujeme \u00faplne in\u00e9 jedl\u00e1 ako na\u0161i predkovia. \u010ci s\u00fa tieto jedl\u00e1 zdrav\u0161ie alebo nie, to je ot\u00e1zne. Ist\u00e9 je v\u0161ak jedno: \u013eudia dnes jedia ur\u010dite r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie a bezhlavej\u0161ie. S\u00fa aj tak\u00e9 jedl\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa nielen chutn\u00e9, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 s\u00fa aj prospe\u0161n\u00e9 pre organizmus. Treba ich len spozna\u0165. Najide\u00e1lnej\u0161ie je, ak radik\u00e1lne zmen\u00edme svoj celkov\u00fd postoj a za\u010dneme konzumova\u0165 kvalitn\u00e9 a \u010do najviac prirodzen\u00e9 potraviny. Nie je jedno, \u010di si vyberieme napr. \u0161pen\u00e1t, ktor\u00fd je zdrojom mnoh\u00fdch vitam\u00ednov a miner\u00e1lov, alebo mrazen\u00e9 pe\u010divo s chutn\u00fdm kr\u00e9mom, ktor\u00e9 je prepchat\u00e9 adit\u00edvami. Rakovina, diabetes II. typu, rednutie kost\u00ed a demencia s\u00fa choroby, ktor\u00e9 prich\u00e1dzaj\u00fa starobou a jednozna\u010dne im m\u00f4\u017eeme pred\u00eds\u0165, ak sa spr\u00e1vne stravujeme. Za\u010da\u0165 treba \u010do najsk\u00f4r- nie a\u017e vtedy, ke\u010f vznikne probl\u00e9m! Potrav\u00edn, ktor\u00e9 n\u00e1m priamo \u0161kodia, je, na\u0161\u0165astie, menej, no konzumujeme ich vo ve\u013ekej miere a \u010dasto.<\/p>\n<p>Patria k\u00a0nim dne\u0161n\u00e9 potraviny s mno\u017estvom adit\u00edv, aby boli trv\u00e1cnej\u0161ie, chutnej\u0161ie, kraj\u0161ie a hlavne lacnej\u0161ie. Tieto potraviny ur\u010dite nepodporia na\u0161e zdravie a mlados\u0165, sk\u00f4r naopak! Existuje ove\u013ea viac prirodzen\u00fdch surov\u00edn a potrav\u00edn, ktor\u00e9 napom\u00e1haj\u00fa zdraviu, treba sa v\u0161ak s nimi zozn\u00e1mi\u0165, ke\u010f\u017ee<\/p>\n<p>v tomto m\u00e1me zna\u010dn\u00e9 nedostatky. Ako by teda tak\u00e1 zdrav\u00e1 a prospe\u0161n\u00e1 strava mala vyzera\u0165? Nemala by obsahova\u0165 pridan\u00fd cukor. Obmedzova\u0165 by sme mali m\u00e4so a\u00a0v\u00fdrobky z neho. Rad\u0161ej uprednostnime ryby a morsk\u00e9 \u017eivo\u010d\u00edchy, smelo aj mastnej\u0161ie, nako\u013eko omega-3 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny regener\u00e1cii len prospievaj\u00fa, zlep\u0161ia n\u00e1ladu a\u00a0aj poko\u017eka je z\u00a0nich jemnej\u0161ia.<\/p>\n<p>Zna\u010dn\u00e1 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina na\u0161ej stravy mus\u00ed by\u0165 rastlinn\u00e9ho p\u00f4vodu. Jes\u0165 by sme mali nielen ovocie a\u00a0zeleninu (zdroj vitam\u00ednov, miner\u00e1lov a vl\u00e1kniny), ale aj \u0161irok\u00fa \u0161k\u00e1lu orechov, semien, rastl\u00edn a in\u00fdch plodov. Konzumujme \u010do najviac listovej zeleniny a \u010do najzelen\u0161iu zeleninu. Ria\u010fme sa farbami, nech je strava na tanieri pestrofarebn\u00e1, vyzer\u00e1 l\u00e1kavo a z\u00e1rove\u0148 organizmu dod\u00e1 aj polyfenoly, ktor\u00e9 napom\u00e1haj\u00fa viaza\u0165 vo\u013ene radik\u00e1ly &#8211; maj\u00fa antioxida\u010dn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky.<\/p>\n<p>Nielen strava je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1, ale aj pravideln\u00fd pohyb, nako\u013eko jeho \u00fa\u010dinky s\u00fa nenahradite\u013en\u00e9. Len spr\u00e1vnym pomerom zdravej stravy a pohybu dosiahneme du\u0161evn\u00fa vyrovnanos\u0165. A pr\u00e1ve t\u00e1 je hlavn\u00fdm k\u013e\u00fa\u010dom ku kr\u00e1se a mladosti.
