T\u00e1to vyhl\u00e1\u0161ka z roku 2007 vznikala v \u010dase, ke\u010f e\u0161te neboli zaveden\u00e9 tak\u00e9 pr\u00edsne a nieko\u013ekon\u00e1sobn\u00e9 kontroly m\u00e4sa pred jeho distrib\u00faciou, ako je tomu teraz. Rovnako striktn\u00e9 je aj pou\u017e\u00edvanie surov\u00fdch vajec v prev\u00e1dzkach stravovania, \u010d\u00edm sa komplikuje fin\u00e1lna pr\u00edprava mnoh\u00fdch ob\u013e\u00faben\u00fdch \u0161pecial\u00edt.
