Michal Hrivn\u00e1k zalo\u017eil firmu Tangreto, aby popularizoval jachting a plavby na lodiach v\u0161eobecne, organizuje jedine\u010dn\u00e9 dovolenky pre z\u00e1ujemcov o nev\u0161edn\u00e9 z\u00e1\u017eitky, po rokoch za\u010dal op\u00e4\u0165 preteka\u0165 a priam kyp\u00ed optimizmom. Ako sa IT-\u010dk\u00e1r dostane na more a stane sa kapit\u00e1nom?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Jachting som robil od svojich \u0161iestich rokov, priviedli ma k nemu otec s mamou. Jazdil som najmen\u0161iu triedu Optimist, ale nijak som v nej nevynikal, nemal som \u017eiadne \u00faspechy. Skon\u010dil som v trin\u00e1stich rokoch a a\u017e potom v osemn\u00e1stich ma otec s kapit\u00e1nskymi sk\u00fa\u0161kami prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t zobral na more. To bol rok 2003 a odvtedy som bol minim\u00e1lne raz do roka na mori. V 2007 som spravil z\u00e1kladn\u00fd kapit\u00e1nsky kurz C, \u010do s\u00fa pobre\u017en\u00e9 vody a potom v 2012 som spravil b\u00e9\u010dko, \u010do je u\u017e n\u00e1morn\u00e1 plavba. V m\u00e1ji 2013 som sa i\u0161iel plavi\u0165 do Karibiku, prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t mimo Chorv\u00e1tska a bez sk\u00fasen\u00e9ho sprievodu, to bol tak\u00fd zlom. V\u017edy, ke\u010f idete zo \u0161t\u00e1tu do \u0161t\u00e1tu, mus\u00edte sa precli\u0165. Stala sa mi tak\u00e1 vec, \u017ee i\u0161li z Martiniku so zast\u00e1vkou na Sv\u00e4tej Lucii. V\u00a0\u010dase m\u00f4jho pr\u00edchodu u\u017e nepreclievali, ja som mal klientov, tak som namiesto cestovania na \u010fal\u0161iu colnicu spravil v\u00fdlet po ostrove. Pri preclen\u00ed na Grenade n\u00e1m zasa ch\u00fdbal jeden pas klienta, bol z toho stres, s ka\u017ed\u00fdm \u010dlenom pos\u00e1dky chceli coln\u00edci hovori\u0165 samostatne. Nakoniec sme ten pas na\u0161li pod stolom. To bola prv\u00e1 sk\u00fasenos\u0165 s Karibikom, tak\u00e9 veci \u010dlovek pri be\u017enom cestovan\u00ed neza\u017eije.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/slovaklinesmagazin.sk\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/129a-1024x576.jpg\" width=\"850\" height=\"478\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mal som pripraven\u00fa ot\u00e1zku o\u00a0najlep\u0161ej a najhor\u0161ej sk\u00fasenosti, toto bola teda asi t\u00e1 najhor\u0161ia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toto bola pr\u00e1ve\u017ee skvel\u00e1 sk\u00fasenos\u0165. Ja v\u00f4bec beriem ka\u017ed\u00fa jednu sk\u00fasenos\u0165 z lode tak, \u017ee ma pos\u00fava \u010falej.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tak\u017ee \u017eiadna nehoda, trag\u00e9dia?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00fa jazvy na lodi, zbyto\u010dne sme sa raz s\u00a0kamar\u00e1tom dostali do hor\u0161ej situ\u00e1cie, ale minul\u00fd rok som prepl\u00e1val s\u00e1m 600 m\u00ed\u013e nonstop. S\u00e1m seba som chcel vystavi\u0165 tlaku a cel\u00e9 som to zvl\u00e1dol za 98 hod\u00edn, plavil som sa z Gr\u00e9cka do Chorv\u00e1tska. Pri Alb\u00e1nsku sa neskuto\u010dne zatmelo, udierali blesky. Videl som, ako reling, to je z\u00e1bradlie na lodi z oce\u013eov\u00e9ho lanka, blikal na oran\u017eovo, ako bol nabit\u00fd elektrostatickou elektrinou po \u00fadere blesku do hladiny. Bola to dobr\u00e1 sk\u00fasenos\u0165. Lo\u010f je ako faradayova klientka, tak\u017ee aj ke\u010f do nej udrie blesk, \u013eudia s\u00fa chr\u00e1nen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e1\u0161 vlastn\u00fa jachtu alebo sa v tomto biznise prenaj\u00edmaj\u00fa lode?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Snom ka\u017ed\u00e9ho kapit\u00e1na je ma\u0165 vlastn\u00fa lo\u010f. T\u00e1 ale mus\u00ed by\u0165 zakotven\u00e1 na jednom mieste a je to probl\u00e9m, ke\u010f chce jazdi\u0165 aj in\u00e9 vody. V roku 2015 som sa spojil s jedn\u00fdm Franc\u00fazom a s\u00a0pomocou rodi\u010dov som na \u00faver k\u00fapil lo\u010f s t\u00fdm, \u017ee som ju dal do programu, v ktorom s\u00fa lode kv\u00e1zy na v\u00fdmenu. M\u00f4\u017eem ju kontrolova\u0165, ale nie som na \u0148u viazan\u00fd a m\u00f4\u017eem \u00eds\u0165 na lo\u010f do Mexika, do Thajska, na Seychely, do Karibiku, viem takto spozna\u0165 cel\u00fd svet. Vyplat\u00ed sa to takto viac, preto\u017ee pren\u00e1jom lod\u00ed nie je v\u00f4bec lacn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/slovaklinesmagazin.sk\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_7452-1024x576.jpg\" width=\"853\" height=\"480\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Klientov mus\u00ed\u0161 pozna\u0165 alebo to m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 aj cudz\u00ed \u013eudia? S\u00fa tam nejak\u00e9 obmedzenia?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Limit v podstate nie je, d\u00e1 sa \u00eds\u0165 kamko\u013evek na svete. Ke\u010f chc\u00fa \u00eds\u0165 iba dvaja \u013eudia, bude t\u00e1 dovolenka drah\u00e1. Musia pasova\u0165 navz\u00e1jom, bud\u00fa spolu tr\u00e1vi\u0165 na lodi ve\u013ea \u010dasu. M\u00e1m pos\u00e1dku z Karibiku spred dvoch rokov, ktor\u00ed sa pred plavbou nikdy nevideli a dnes s\u00fa z nich priatelia, stret\u00e1vaj\u00fa sa pravidelne aj mimo lode. Na lodi \u010dlovek nem\u00e1 kam utiec\u0165, spozn\u00e1\u0161 tam naozajstn\u00e9ho kamar\u00e1ta. S niektor\u00fdmi priate\u013emi sa vid\u00edme raz do mesiaca dve hodiny pri pive, ale ke\u010f ste spolu jeden t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148, je to celkom in\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00fa tieto dovolenky v\u00fdhradne na lodi alebo nav\u0161tevujete aj pevninu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S jedn\u00fdm mlad\u00fdm kameramanom sme teraz za\u010dali produkova\u0165 aj vide\u00e1, naposledy z Chorv\u00e1tska, Karibiku a Seychel. Ja im hovor\u00edm, \u010do m\u00f4\u017eu dosta\u0165, z\u00edskaj\u00fa nov\u00fd poh\u013ead na \u017eivot. Mo\u017eno si dokonca uvedomia, ak\u00ed s\u00fa pominute\u013en\u00ed v tomto materi\u00e1lnom svete. Ke\u010f vid\u00edm klientov, zd\u00e1 sa mi, \u017ee s\u00fa \u0161\u0165astn\u00ed. Vidia delf\u00edna, ktor\u00fd je u\u017e pre m\u0148a be\u017en\u00fd, prebudia sa v nich tak\u00e9 em\u00f3cie, ktor\u00e9 vo svojom svete ani nepoznaj\u00fa. V\u00a0porovnan\u00ed s takou dovolenkou, kde le\u017eia na hoteli, je to ove\u013ea viac vnemov.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Klient mus\u00ed absolvova\u0165 nie\u010do ako kurz bezpe\u010dnosti?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u017edy dostan\u00fa in\u0161trukt\u00e1\u017e o tom, \u010do sa bude robi\u0165, ak\u00fd je pl\u00e1n, ale vedia aj to, \u017ee sa veci m\u00f4\u017eu zmeni\u0165 pod\u013ea po\u010dasia. Kedysi som i\u0161iel tvrdohlavo pod\u013ea pl\u00e1nu, ale u\u017e som v tomto smere dospel a\u00a0ne\u017eeniem sa silou mocou na pl\u00e1ny, ale pozer\u00e1m sa na \u013eud\u00ed. Vn\u00edmam, \u010do sa im p\u00e1\u010di a ke\u010f maj\u00fa rados\u0165, tam ostanem dlh\u0161ie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kto viac dozrieva, ty ako kapit\u00e1n alebo ty ako osobnos\u0165?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u0161etko spolu s\u00favis\u00ed. Minul\u00fd rok som na lodi prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t pocit, \u017ee \u201e\u010do tu vlastne rob\u00edm?\u201c I\u0161iel som z Chorv\u00e1tska do Gr\u00e9cka aj s pos\u00e1dkou, ktor\u00e1 si platila za n\u00e1ro\u010dnej\u0161iu sk\u00fasenos\u0165. Op\u00e4\u0165 k\u00fasok od Alb\u00e1nska som na Jadrane za\u017eil najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie vlny v mojom \u017eivote, mali asi \u0161tyri metre. Pos\u00e1dka spala, ja som bol v noci hore na palube. Ono sa m\u00f4\u017ee zda\u0165, \u017ee riadi\u0165 lo\u010f nie je tak \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9, ale kapit\u00e1n v\u017edy mysl\u00ed aj na pos\u00e1dku, ako sa c\u00edtia, \u010di s\u00fa v poriadku, v bezpe\u010d\u00ed, mus\u00ed predv\u00edda\u0165, hlava pracuje neust\u00e1le, ve\u013emi to vie vy\u010derp\u00e1va\u0165. A tomto momente z\u00a0vlny za mnou vysko\u010dili dva delf\u00edny. Kapit\u00e1n mus\u00ed by\u0165 aj psychol\u00f3g, ob\u010das mo\u017eno a\u017e psychiater (smiech). M\u00f4\u017ee sa sta\u0165, \u017ee vznikne konflikt aj medzi najlep\u0161\u00edmi kamar\u00e1tmi a\u00a0\u00falohou kapit\u00e1na je situ\u00e1ciu upokoji\u0165. Aj z tohto poh\u013eadu sa kapit\u00e1n vyv\u00edja, na za\u010diato\u010dn\u00edkoch vid\u00edm chyby, ktor\u00e9 som robil predt\u00fdm ja. Dr\u017eia v\u0161etko v\u00a0hlave namiesto toho, aby to d\u00f4razne povedali pos\u00e1dke. V\u0161imol som si, \u017ee star\u0161\u00ed \u013eudia ber\u00fa osobu kapit\u00e1na ove\u013ea v\u00e1\u017enej\u0161ie. Asi \u010d\u00edm je \u010dlovek star\u0161\u00ed, t\u00fdm viac re\u0161pektuje profesion\u00e1lnu autoritu. Stala sa mi tak\u00e1 vec, \u017ee mi raz po plavbe 60-ro\u010dn\u00ed klienti povedali, \u017ee dostali nov\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00fd rozmer. Potom so mnou boli druh\u00fdkr\u00e1t a tento rok id\u00fa op\u00e4\u0165.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mysl\u00ed\u0161 si, \u017ee toto bude\u0161 robi\u0165 aj o 20 \u010di 30 rokov?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Teraz m\u00e1m 32, pred mesiacom som za\u010dal jazdi\u0165 na triede Finn, \u010do je jednopos\u00e1dkov\u00e1 trieda a\u00a0jazd\u00ed sa aj na olympi\u00e1de. Kateg\u00f3ria Masters sa jazd\u00ed od 40 rokov, potom Grand Masters sa od 50, Grand Grand Masters od 60, 70 a 80-ro\u010dn\u00ed jazdci s\u00fa Legends. Pr\u00edde mi neskuto\u010dn\u00e9, \u017ee je \u010dlovek tak\u00fd oddan\u00fd \u0161portu, \u017ee ho rob\u00ed e\u0161te aj v osemdesiatke. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee to prospieva fyzickej i psychickej kond\u00edcii. V ur\u010ditom veku je to nesmierne d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 dosta\u0165 sa do situ\u00e1cie, kde sa mus\u00ed\u0161 spolieha\u0165 s\u00e1m na seba, ur\u010duje to \u010fal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdvoj \u010dloveka. Ke\u010f som mal dev\u00e4\u0165 rokov, na majstrovstv\u00e1ch na Oravskej priehrade bol siln\u00fd vietor a ja som sa s\u00a0lo\u010fou prevr\u00e1til. Vtedy vznikne vzduchov\u00e1 bublina, mne sa ale zasekla noha a nevedel som odtia\u013e vypl\u00e1va\u0165. Jacht\u00e1ri s\u00fa ale spolupatri\u010dn\u00ed, vn\u00edmaj\u00fa \u013eud\u00ed okolo seba, jeden z nich zosko\u010dil a prevr\u00e1til mi lo\u010f nasp\u00e4\u0165. To s\u00fa veci, ktor\u00e9 si zapam\u00e4t\u00e1m na cel\u00fd \u017eivot. Plat\u00ed to aj na mori, \u017ee m\u00e1 \u010dlovek pom\u00e1ha\u0165 nezi\u0161tne a \u013eudia sa t\u00fdm skuto\u010dne riadia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tak\u017ee \u017eiadna nevra\u017eivos\u0165 po\u010das pretekov?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ja k tomu pri\u010duch\u00e1vam a\u017e teraz, ale nevra\u017eivos\u0165 ur\u010dite nie. Za\u010dal robi\u0165 pre klientov aj to, \u017ee ich beriem na regatu na preteky. Nie preto, aby za\u017eili pocit v\u00ed\u0165azstva, ale aby c\u00edtili t\u00fa atmosf\u00e9ru, ke\u010f v\u00a0noci vypl\u00e1va sto lod\u00ed. Asi potrebujeme niekoho, kto n\u00e1s ob\u010das dokope k plneniu snov. M\u00f4j prv\u00fd sen bol vlastni\u0165 lo\u010f, ale spo\u010diatku som si ju a\u017e tak ve\u013emi neu\u017eil, preto\u017ee som ju nemal s k\u00fdm zdie\u013ea\u0165. Podstatne lep\u0161\u00ed pocit som mal teraz z pretekov, ako ke\u010f som bol prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t s\u00e1m na vlastnej lodi. Teraz som bol jedin\u00fd vystavovate\u013e v Inchebe, nepred\u00e1val som ni\u010d, ale na \u013eu\u010foch som videl, \u017ee ich to zauj\u00edma. Firma m\u00e1 priv\u00e1dza\u0165 \u013eud\u00ed k jachtingu, organizuje dovolenky a viem poradi\u0165 s t\u00fdm, ako do lode investova\u0165, zarobi\u0165 peniaze, ako sa v tomto svete pohybova\u0165. \u010ealej preplavujem lode z jednej destin\u00e1cie do druhej, teda rob\u00edm transfer v\u00a0spolupr\u00e1ci s jednou spolo\u010dnos\u0165ou. Tento rok som sa rozhodol t\u00fato sk\u00fasenos\u0165 pon\u00faknu\u0165 aj \u010fal\u0161\u00edm skipperom, aby naberali nov\u00e9 sk\u00fasenosti a boli za to aj zaplaten\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ak\u00e9 bud\u00fa najbli\u017e\u0161ie plavby pod veden\u00edm Michala Hrivn\u00e1ka?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V posledn\u00fd j\u00fanov\u00fd t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 vysk\u00fa\u0161ame s\u00a0partiou \u013eud\u00ed v\u00fdlet na troch-\u0161tyroch lodiach.
