Nov\u00e1 CRF250R je rovnako ako CRF450R vybaven\u00e1 toto\u017enou vidlicou Showa 49\u00a0mm s\u00a0oce\u013eov\u00fdmi pru\u017einami, ktor\u00e1 poskytuje zn\u00e1me (a \u0161ir\u0161ie) mo\u017enosti nastavenia.<\/p>\n<p>Podobne ako v\u00a0pr\u00edpade CRF450R, aj v\u00a0pr\u00edpade CRF250R sa \u010dist\u00e1 a\u00a0aerodynamick\u00e1 kapot\u00e1\u017e vyzna\u010duje hladk\u00fdmi organick\u00fdmi tvarmi, ktor\u00e9 jazdcovi poskytuj\u00fa slobodu pohybu. Jednoduch\u00e9 fakty: disponuje o\u00a09\u00a0% vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdm v\u00fdkonom, ktor\u00fd je dostupn\u00fd v o\u00a02\u00a0000 ot.\/min. \u0161ir\u0161om rozmedz\u00ed ot\u00e1\u010dok, zatia\u013e \u010do hranica \u010derven\u00e9ho po\u013ea sa posunula o\u00a0900 ot.\/min. vy\u0161\u0161ie.<\/p>\n<p>E\u0161te lep\u0161ie s\u00fa realizovan\u00e9 vylep\u0161enia zrejm\u00e9 zo z\u00e1znamu dynamometra. Od 8\u00a0500 ot.\/min. motor s\u00a0objemom 249,4 cm<sup>3<\/sup> doslova o\u017e\u00edva \u2013 to je hlavn\u00fd rozdiel oproti predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facemu modelu \u2013 a\u00a0s\u00a0rast\u00facimi ot\u00e1\u010dkami v\u00fdkon aj kr\u00fatiaci moment \u010falej st\u00fapaj\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>K\u013e\u00fa\u010dom pre vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdkon, ktor\u00e9ho hlavn\u00fdm d\u00f4vodom je v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed prietok vzduchu motorom, je revidovan\u00e9 v\u0155tanie a\u00a0zdvih s\u00a0hodnotami 79\u00a0\u00d7 50,9 mm, zatia\u013e \u010do posun valca o\u00a04,5 mm pom\u00e1ha zni\u017eova\u0165 trenie (p\u00f4vodn\u00e9 hodnoty: 76,8\u00a0\u00d7 53,8 mm, posun 4 mm). To predstavuje ove\u013ea viac \u201enad\u0161tvorcov\u00e9\u201c usporiadanie s\u00a0v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edm v\u0155tan\u00edm a\u00a0krat\u0161\u00edm zdvihom, ktor\u00e9 umo\u017enilo pou\u017ei\u0165 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie tit\u00e1nov\u00e9 ventily: 33 mm nas\u00e1vacie ventily (s driekom tvarovan\u00fdm na zn\u00ed\u017eenie odporu v\u00a0nas\u00e1van\u00ed) a\u00a026 mm v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 ventily (oproti 30,5 mm\/25 mm).<\/p>\n<p>Ventily sa navy\u0161e vyzna\u010duj\u00fa vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm zdvihom: 10,5 mm v\u00a0pr\u00edpade nas\u00e1vacieho a\u00a09,5 mm v\u00a0pr\u00edpade v\u00fdfukov\u00e9ho (oproti 9,2 mm\/8,4 mm). Zmen\u0161il sa uhol sklonu ventilov (z 21,5\u00b0 na 20,5\u00b0). Vahadl\u00e1 disponuj\u00fa povlakom z\u00a0diamantu podobn\u00e9ho uhl\u00edku (Diamond Like Carbon \u2013 DLC), nanovrstvou tvrd\u00e9ho filmu, ktor\u00e1 zais\u0165uje vy\u0161\u0161iu odolnos\u0165 proti opotrebovaniu a\u00a0lep\u0161iu k\u013azavos\u0165; pru\u017einy ventilov maj\u00fa teraz ov\u00e1lny prierez. Pr\u00edvod zmesi k\u00a0nas\u00e1vac\u00edm ventilom je zaisten\u00fd syst\u00e9mom PGM-FI so 46\u00a0mm \u0161krtiacou klapkou cez symetrick\u00e9 zostupn\u00e9 nas\u00e1vacie kan\u00e1ly, ktor\u00e9 boli s\u00a0oh\u013eadom na dynamiku vo vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch ot\u00e1\u010dkach skr\u00e1ten\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00fd motor disponuje dvoma v\u00fdfukov\u00fdmi kan\u00e1lmi, z\u00a0ktor\u00fdch ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 svoju vlastn\u00fa v\u00fdfukov\u00fa r\u00faru, ktor\u00e9 sa postupne oh\u00fdbaj\u00fa, aby bol zaisten\u00fd hladk\u00fd prietok v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov. Dve koncovky v\u00fdfuku boli posunut\u00e9 o\u00a024 mm smerom k\u00a0stredu stroja, \u010do prispieva k\u00a0centraliz\u00e1cii hmoty.<\/p>\n<p>Kompresn\u00fd pomer mierne vzr\u00e1stol z 13,8:1 na 13,9:1, av\u0161ak piest je po novom doplnen\u00fd o\u00a0rebrov\u00e9 v\u00fdstuhy (Bridged Box) \u2013 prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t na MX stroji zna\u010dky Honda. Ten v\u010faka svojej tuhosti dok\u00e1\u017ee tlak v spa\u013eovacej komore lep\u0161ie premeni\u0165 na efekt\u00edvny v\u00fdkon, pri\u010dom hmotnos\u0165 piesta zostala aj napriek n\u00e1rastu v\u0155tania nezmenen\u00e1. \u0160tyri olejov\u00e9 d\u00fdzy v\u00a0pieste (namiesto dvoch) zni\u017euj\u00fa trenie a\u00a0zais\u0165uj\u00fa optim\u00e1lne chladenie.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00fd k\u013eukov\u00fd hriade\u013e s\u00a0prierezom v\u00a0tvare H je pri zachovan\u00ed zotrva\u010dnej hmoty o\u00a0350 g \u013eah\u0161\u00ed, \u010do je z\u00e1rukou odozvy, tuhosti a\u00a0pevnosti. Aby sa \u010do najviac zmen\u0161ili fyzick\u00e9 rozmery motora, do\u0161lo ku skr\u00e1teniu osovej vzdialenosti medzi k\u013eukov\u00fdm a\u00a0vyva\u017eovac\u00edm hriade\u013eom o\u00a00,5 mm a\u00a0vzdialenosti medzi k\u013eukov\u00fdm hriade\u013eom a\u00a0prim\u00e1rnym prevodom o\u00a01 mm. Va\u010dkov\u00e1 re\u0165az je teraz umiestnen\u00e1 na\u00a0pravej strane, \u010d\u00edm sa skr\u00e1tila vzdialenos\u0165 medzi k\u013eukov\u00fdm hriade\u013eom a\u00a0telom altern\u00e1tora (ACG).<\/p>\n<p>S\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou motora novej Hondy CRF250R je elektrick\u00fd \u0161tart\u00e9r, ktor\u00fd nahradil \u0161tartovaciu p\u00e1ku. Kompaktn\u00e1 l\u00edtiovo-i\u00f3nov\u00e1 bat\u00e9ria v\u00e1\u017ei iba 0,65 kg. Hmotnos\u0165 motora pridan\u00edm elektrick\u00e9ho \u0161tart\u00e9ra vzr\u00e1stla o\u00a0iba 1 kg.<\/p>\n<p>Nas\u00e1vacie olejov\u00e9 \u010derpadlo zni\u017euje trenie a\u00a0straty \u010derpan\u00edm pri vysok\u00fdch ot\u00e1\u010dkach t\u00fdm, \u017ee olej a\u00a0vzduch vyp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a do k\u013eukovej skrine a\u00a0udr\u017euje tak negat\u00edvny tlak. Olejom je mazan\u00e1 aj spojka a\u00a0prevodovka \u2013 celkov\u00e9 mno\u017estvo oleja je 1250\u00a0cm<sup>3<\/sup> \u2013 oproti 850\u00a0cm<sup>3<\/sup> v\u00a0motore a\u00a0750\u00a0cm<sup>3<\/sup> v\u00a0prevodovke v\u00a0pr\u00edpade predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facej verzie (1600\u00a0cm<sup>3<\/sup> celkom).<\/p>\n<p>Olejov\u00e9 \u010derpadlo kombinovan\u00e9 s\u00a0pohonom, olejov\u00fd filter a\u00a0mazacie potrubie sa nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa na\u00a0pravej strane motora; prietok oleja motorom bol zjednodu\u0161en\u00fd, skr\u00e1ten\u00fd a\u00a0mazanie ventilov\u00fdch rozvodov je veden\u00e9 hlavou valca <em>dovn\u00fatra<\/em> nas\u00e1vacej a\u00a0v\u00fdfukovej va\u010dky, v\u010faka \u010domu je olej priv\u00e1dzan\u00fd priamo na klzn\u00fd povrch va\u010dky a\u00a0vahadiel. \u013dahk\u00e9 vodn\u00e9 hadice maj\u00fa po novom hr\u00fabku stien 3 mm namiesto p\u00f4vodn\u00fdch 4 mm.<\/p>\n<p>Pri zachovan\u00ed rovnak\u00fdch fyzick\u00fdch rozmerov je motor vybaven\u00fd inovovan\u00fdm spojkov\u00fdm ko\u0161om. Na zaistenie konzistentnej funkcie aj za tvrd\u00fdch podmienok vyu\u017e\u00edva materi\u00e1ly s\u00a0odli\u0161n\u00fdm tren\u00edm na dvoch lamel\u00e1ch. Zmeny zaznamenalo aj puzdro spojkovej p\u00e1ky, ktor\u00e9 je jednoduch\u0161ie a\u00a0\u013eah\u0161ie. P\u00e4\u0165r\u00fdchlostn\u00e1 prevodovka bola skon\u0161truovan\u00e1 z\u00a0novej vysokopevnostnej ocele a\u00a0je o\u00a0200 g \u013eah\u0161ia; disponuje mierne skr\u00e1ten\u00fdmi prevodov\u00fdmi pomermi pre prv\u00fd a\u00a0druh\u00fd r\u00fdchlostn\u00fd stupe\u0148, zatia\u013e \u010do po\u010det zubov na zadnom ozubenom kolese klesol o\u00a0jeden na 48.<\/p>\n<p>Vyp\u00edna\u010d motora a\u00a0tla\u010didlo na vo\u013ebu re\u017eimu motora (Engine Mode Select Button \u2013 EMSB) sa nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa v\u00a0malom puzdre na\u00a0\u013eavej strane riadidiel. K\u00a0dispoz\u00edcii s\u00fa tri mapy ur\u010den\u00e9 pre r\u00f4zne jazdn\u00e9 podmienky a\u00a0preferencie jazdca: Re\u017eim 1 (Standard \u2013 \u0161tandardn\u00fd), Re\u017eim 2 (Smooth \u2013 hladk\u00fd) a\u00a0Re\u017eim 3 (Aggressive \u2013 agres\u00edvny). Zvolen\u00fd re\u017eim indikuje mal\u00e1 kontrolka.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160tartovacie tla\u010didlo sa nach\u00e1dza na\u00a0pravej strane riadidiel. \u017divicov\u00fd klzn\u00fd prvok pre ovl\u00e1danie \u0161krtiacej klapky je po novom integrovan\u00fd do plynov\u00e9ho lanka, \u010d\u00edm sa zni\u017euje potrebn\u00e1 sila.
