U t\u00fdchto \u013eud\u00ed m\u00f4\u017ee k\u00e1va, najm\u00e4 jej nadmern\u00e1 konzum\u00e1cia prispieva\u0165 k zhor\u0161ovaniu symptomatol\u00f3gie, k zr\u00fdch\u013eovaniu srdcovej frekvencie, a pr\u00edpadne i k \u010dastej\u0161\u00edm atakom bril\u00e1cie predsien\u00ed. T\u00fdmto pacientom doporu\u010dujeme prisp\u00f4sobi\u0165 mno\u017estvo konzumovanej k\u00e1vy ich tolerancii, lebo aj z tejto skupiny niekomu k\u00e1va m\u00f4\u017ee prispieva\u0165 k\u00a0zhor\u0161eniu subjekt\u00edvnych \u0165a\u017ekost\u00ed a na druh\u00e9ho nem\u00e1 \u017eiaden nepriazniv\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinok.<\/li>\n<li>Pacienti so zv\u00fd\u0161enou \u010dinnos\u0165ou \u0161t\u00edtnej \u017e\u013eazy. T\u00edto pacienti m\u00e1vaj\u00fa u\u017e baz\u00e1lne tendenciu k tachykardii, a pr\u00e1ve k\u00e1va vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161om mno\u017estve m\u00f4\u017ee potencova\u0165 <a href=\"https:\/\/sk.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tachykardia\">tachykardiu<\/a>, tras i zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 potenie. Tu je v\u0161ak namieste najm\u00e4 d\u00f4sledn\u00e1 adekv\u00e1tna lie\u010dba z\u00e1kladn\u00e9ho ochorenia \u0161t\u00edtnej \u017e\u013eazy. Potom si aj t\u00edto pacienti m\u00f4\u017eu dopria\u0165 \u0161\u00e1lku vo\u0148av\u00e9ho osvie\u017eenia.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Pacienti s\u2011 vredovou chorobou \u017eal\u00fadka a dvan\u00e1storn\u00edka. U nich je nevhodn\u00e9 najm\u00e4 pitie silnej k\u00e1vy na la\u010dn\u00fd \u017eal\u00fadok. Odpor\u00fa\u010da sa aspo\u0148 nie\u010do mal\u00e9 pred konzum\u00e1ciou k\u00e1vy zjes\u0165, ale pre t\u00fdchto \u013eud\u00ed je vhodn\u00e1 najm\u00e4 k\u00e1va s mliekom, ci u\u017e je to cappucino alebo caffe latte.
