Proti\u013eahl\u00fd breh mesta Bratislavy, \u00fazemie dne\u0161nej Petr\u017ealky, tvorili v tom \u010dase mnoh\u00e9 ostrovy a ostrov\u010deky, nako\u013eko sa Dunaj rozlieval do viacer\u00fdch ramien. Pr\u00e1ve na ostrove Enger-Au sa tvorili v 16.-17.storo\u010d\u00ed z\u00e1klady starej Petr\u017ealky s kostolom , s ro\u013en\u00edckymi usadlos\u0165ami, ale aj s h\u00e1jov\u0148ami, tu sa vytvorila d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 komunik\u00e1cia \u2013 neskor\u0161ia Viedensk\u00e1 cesta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/slovaklinesmagazin.sk\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/napoleon_2017_orazok.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/slovaklinesmagazin.sk\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/napoleon_2017_orazok-1024x724.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Samozrejme pri takomto d\u00f4le\u017eitom dopravnom uzle nemohli ch\u00fdba\u0165 tak\u00e9 zariadenia, ako m\u00fdtnica, policajn\u00e1 stanica, hostinec. A to nie oby\u010dajn\u00fd, ale hostinec z\u00e1jazdn\u00fd, kde svoj\u00edm n\u00e1v\u0161tevn\u00edkom zabezpe\u010dovali po dlh\u0161ej \u010di krat\u0161ej ceste ubytovanie a stravovanie a v \u010case, ke\u010f na dopravu po s\u00fa\u0161i sa vyu\u017e\u00edvali kone, ko\u010diare, v hostinci sa postarali i o jazdeck\u00e9 kone a \u0165a\u017en\u00fd dobytok zapriahnut\u00fd do povozov.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/slovaklinesmagazin.sk\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/images.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>V 18.storo\u010d\u00ed\u00a0 p\u00e4\u0165 hostincov patrilo mestu a s\u00edce blument\u00e1lsky, v kame\u0148olome, lama\u010dsk\u00fd, vajnorsk\u00fd a petr\u017ealsk\u00fd \u2013 Bruck Auel Wirtshaus, ktor\u00fd bol predchodcom hostinca Leberfinger. V roku 1759 ho mal v spr\u00e1ve Carl Turbilio , ktor\u00fd platil mestu ro\u010dne 20 zlat\u00fdch . Existencia hostinca v tomto obdob\u00ed je zachyten\u00e1 aj na Marquartovom pl\u00e1ne Bratislavy z roku 1765.<\/p>\n<p>Po roku 1775 nastal rozkvet hostinca a jeho d\u00f4le\u017eitos\u0165 e\u0161te st\u00fapla, ke\u010f v jeho tesnej bl\u00edzkosti po predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facich nariadeniach M\u00e1rie Ter\u00e9zie v roku 1771 zregulova\u0165 koryto Dunaja a upravi\u0165 jeho n\u00e1bre\u017eie, sa prist\u00fapilo k \u010fal\u0161ej v\u00fdznamnej udalosti, k vytvoreniu verejn\u00e9ho parku.<\/p>\n<p>V d\u00f4sledku vojny, ktor\u00fa viedol cis\u00e1r Franti\u0161ek I. v spolku s Pruskom a Anglickom proti franc\u00fazskemu cis\u00e1rovi Napoleonovi Bonaparte prich\u00e1dzaj\u00fa v roku 1805 na \u00fazemie Petr\u017ealky franc\u00fazske vojsk\u00e1. Po mieri podp\u00edsanom v Primaci\u00e1lnom pal\u00e1ci franc\u00fazske vojsk\u00e1 odch\u00e1dzaj\u00fa, \u017eia\u013e, nie na dlho. V roku 1809 sa znovu usadili v Petr\u017ealke.14.okt\u00f3bra 1809 bol vo Viedni\u00a0uzavret\u00fd mier medzi Napoleonom a Rak\u00faskom. Franc\u00fazske vojsk\u00e1 definit\u00edvne opustili Bratislavu a stiahli sa aj z ostatn\u00fdch lokal\u00edt na z\u00e1padnom Slovensku. \u017divot sa vr\u00e1til do star\u00fdch ko\u013eaj\u00ed. Lep\u0161ie \u010dasy \u010dakali aj mestsk\u00fd petr\u017ealsk\u00fd hostinec. Pravdepodobne Andreas Rosins, ktor\u00fd je majite\u013eom hostinca v rokoch 1818-1821 vybudoval nov\u00fd v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed hostinec resp. ten star\u00fd roz\u0161\u00edril o \u010fal\u0161ie okenn\u00e9 osi tak, \u017ee uli\u010dn\u00e1 fas\u00e1da obr\u00e1ten\u00e1 k Dunaju bola z p\u00f4vodnej 5-osovej roz\u0161\u00edren\u00e1 na 11 osov\u00fa, t\u00fato nov\u00fa p\u00f4dorysn\u00fa podobu are\u00e1lu hostinca zachytil aj pl\u00e1n z roku 1820. T\u00e1to podoba zostala tomuto komplexu a\u017e do 90.rokov 20. storo\u010dia.<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u013ea pl\u00e1nu vyhotovenom o \u0161es\u0165 rokov nesk\u00f4r Albertom Hofinannom pribudla na n\u00e1bre\u017e\u00ed Ar\u00e9na a park dostal nov\u00fa vo\u013enej\u0161iu pr\u00edrodn\u00fa podobu anglick\u00e9ho parku.<\/p>\n<p>Vlastn\u00edk hostinca v roku 1840 J\u00e1n Alkhofer \u0161tvr\u0165ro\u010dne platil mestu 300 fl. a 15 kr. Hostinec bol d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdm miestom v rekrea\u010dnej oblasti v 60.rokoch 19.storo\u010dia. Od budovy petr\u017ealsk\u00e9ho hostinca (Auwirtshaus) odch\u00e1dzal ka\u017ed\u00fa sobotu dostavn\u00edk do Hainburgu (Hamburger Stellwagen) id\u00fac po Viedenskej ceste okolo star\u00e9ho petr\u017ealsk\u00e9ho kostol\u00edka stojacom pri pe\u010denskom ramene Dunaja \u010falej popri sala\u0161i po B\u00e9csi orsz\u00e1g \u00fat, tak ako to je plasticky zn\u00e1zornen\u00e9 na mape Bratislavy a \u0161irok\u00e9ho okolia z druhej polovice 19.storo\u010dia. V poslednej tretine 19.storo\u010dia sa majitelia hostinca \u010dasto menili. V roku 1869 bol n\u00e1jomcom mestsk\u00e9ho hostinca (P\u00e4chter des st\u00e4dt. Gasthofes) Anton Gohler, vr. 1871 Sonntag, vr. 1881 po dlhom \u010dase op\u00e4\u0165 hostinsk\u00e1 , vdova po Alojzovi Hofbauerovi, po nej od r. 1882 a\u017e do roku 1893 Johann Wald, ktor\u00fd bol pri tej ve\u013ekej sl\u00e1ve , ke\u010f bol v roku 1891 dan\u00fd do prev\u00e1dzky prv\u00fd st\u00e1ly pevn\u00fd most cez Dunaj, cez ktor\u00fd prich\u00e1dzali v hojnom po\u010dte v\u00fdletn\u00edci pe\u0161i \u010di na ko\u010diaroch.<\/p>\n<p>V roku 1894-1895 prevzal budovu hostinca Ludwig Leberfinger. Parcela bola v pozemkovej knihe zaregistrovan\u00e1 pod \u010d\u00edslom 3180 a pod \u010d.257 III.bratislavsk\u00e9ho obvodu tzv.obvodu Franti\u0161ka Jozefa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/slovaklinesmagazin.sk\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Leberfinger.F.Jozef_.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/slovaklinesmagazin.sk\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Leberfinger.F.Jozef_.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p>Jeden z najv\u00fdznamnej\u0161\u00edch momentov v hist\u00f3rii hostinca Leberrfinger je n\u00e1v\u0161teva samotn\u00e9ho cis\u00e1ra Franti\u0161ka Jozefa z ktorej sa zachovali tieto unik\u00e1tne forografie.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/slovaklinesmagazin.sk\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Leberfinger-foto-Franz-Jozef-768x693.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/slovaklinesmagazin.sk\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Leberfinger-foto-Franz-Jozef-768x693.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Leberfingerovcom sa zrejme darilo, nepostihla ich \u017eiadna nepredv\u00eddan\u00e1 pr\u00edrodn\u00e1 katastrofa -po\u017eiar, povode\u0148, tak\u017ee mohli pravidelne \u0161vr\u0165ro\u010dne spl\u00e1ca\u0165 predp\u00edsan\u00fa sumu, lebo sa s nimi ako n\u00e1jomn\u00edkmi hostinca stret\u00e1vame aj v 30.a 40. rokoch 20.storo\u010dia.Zauj\u00edmav\u00e9 bolo od\u00f4vodnenie mesta, pre\u010do nevyp\u00edsali na obsadenie n\u00e1jomn\u00edka hostinca v sade s\u00fa\u0165a\u017e, ale mesto sa rozhodlo da\u0165 to Leberfingerovcom -\u201c \u017diadate\u013e Rudolf Leberfinger je u\u017e od roku 1895 teda vy\u0161e 28 rokov n\u00e1jomn\u00edkom hostinca v sade a s\u00edce od roku 1916 spolu s jeho bratom v tom roku zomrel\u00fdm, od tej doby s\u00e1m. \u201e\u017diadate\u013e cez cel\u00fa n\u00e1jomn\u00fa dobu bezvadn\u00e9 viedol tento hostinec a nadobudol si najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu spokojnos\u0165 obecenstva mesta ako prenaj\u00edmate\u013ea taktie\u017e aj hos\u0165ov, ktor\u00ed boli v\u017edy pozorne obsluhovan\u00ed a poskytovan\u00e9 jedl\u00e1 a n\u00e1poje boli oh\u013eadom ich akosti ale hlavne oh\u013eadom ich cien ve\u013emi priazniv\u00e9 vo\u010di cen\u00e1m in\u00fdch hostinsk\u00fdch.<\/p>\n<p>V roku 1918 pri prevrate bolo zni\u010den\u00e9 cel\u00e9 hostinsk\u00e9 zariadenie, bol v\u0161ak op\u00e4\u0165 vynoven\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Na na atmosf\u00e9ru, ktor\u00fa tu vedeli Leberfingerovci vyk\u00fazli\u0165, si spom\u00ednali aj na\u0161i liter\u00e1ti. Emil Boh\u00fa\u0148 v s\u00favislosti so svojimi priate\u013emi p\u00edsal: \u201eNa spiato\u010dnej ceste sa v\u017edy zastavili na jedno pivo v z\u00e1hradnej re\u0161taur\u00e1cii u Leberfingera, o tomto hostinci bolo v\u0161eobecne zn\u00e1me, \u017ee tam varia najlep\u0161ie slivkov\u00e9 knedle.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Chv\u00e1lou ne\u0161etril ani J\u00e1n Smrek : \u201eLeberfinger , to bola z\u00e1zra\u010dn\u00e1 kuchy\u0148a, p\u00e1nboh ju osl\u00e1v, \u0161koda, \u017ee je u\u017e minulos\u0165ou.\u201c<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-83782 gallery-columns-3
