D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 je tu schopnos\u0165 improviz\u00e1cie a\u00a0flexibility. Event pripravujeme na k\u013e\u00fa\u010d \u2013 program, priestor, v\u00fdzdoba, sveteln\u00e1 technika, ozvu\u010denie, soci\u00e1lne zariadenia, catering, z\u00e1chrann\u00e9 a\u00a0bezpe\u010dnostn\u00e9 zlo\u017eky, moder\u00e1tori. Raz pripravujeme ve\u013ek\u00fd ples, inokedy oslavu na z\u00e1hrade alebo firemn\u00fa akciu. Men\u00edme miesta a priestory, stret\u00e1vame sa s\u00a0r\u00f4znymi typmi \u013eud\u00ed. Dej\u00fa sa n\u00e1m r\u00f4zne situ\u00e1cie, ale v\u017edy sa s klientmi nejako dohodneme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Na akci\u00e1ch je mno\u017estvo jedla. A\u00a0na ich konci aj ve\u013ea zvy\u0161kov. \u010co sa s\u00a0nimi deje?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Michal: Zvy\u0161n\u00e9 jedlo sa bal\u00ed a\u00a0odn\u00e1\u0161a na firmu. Prevzia\u0165 si ho v\u0161ak m\u00f4\u017ee aj klient, no za ur\u010dit\u00fdch hygienick\u00fdch podmienok. Ak z\u00e1ujem nem\u00e1, jedlo sa h\u00e1d\u017ee do pomyj\u00ed, tie sa spracuj\u00fa a\u00a0prev\u00e1\u017eame ich na na\u0161u farmu na Z\u00e1hor\u00ed, kde s\u00fa nimi vykrmovan\u00e9 zvierat\u00e1. Je toho ve\u013ea, ale sme radi a\u00a0samozrejme sme v\u010fa\u010dn\u00ed za ka\u017ed\u00e9ho n\u00e1\u0161ho z\u00e1kazn\u00edka.<\/p>\n<p>Michal: \u013dudia dobiehaj\u00fa dovolenkovanie, u\u017e\u00edvanie si spolo\u010densk\u00fdch akci\u00ed a\u00a0osl\u00e1v. Nevedia, \u010do pr\u00edde a\u00a0z\u00e1rove\u0148 si chc\u00fa u\u017ei\u0165 pekn\u00e9 po\u010dasie. K\u00a0zmen\u00e1m do\u0161lo v\u00a0pr\u00edpade po\u010dtu host\u00ed na akci\u00e1ch, je ich o\u00a0nie\u010do menej. Za t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 sme vybudovali e-shop s\u00a0potravinami so v\u0161etk\u00fdm, \u010do k\u00a0tomu patr\u00ed. Na\u0161im zamestnancom sme pon\u00fakli aj in\u00fd typ pr\u00e1ce, ke\u010f\u017ee niektor\u00fdm vypadli aktivity. Napr\u00edklad kuch\u00e1r robil rozvoz potrav\u00edn. Niektor\u00ed s\u00edce mali pauzu, napr\u00edklad pani, ktor\u00e1 n\u00e1m pripravuje studen\u00fa kuchy\u0148u.
