Aktu\u00e1lne v\u0161ak sledujeme a zdie\u013eame obavy tis\u00edcov obyvate\u013eov, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa na region\u00e1lnu dopravu odk\u00e1zan\u00ed. Skuto\u010dnos\u0165, \u017ee u\u017e nieko\u013eko dn\u00ed neprem\u00e1va takmer polovica spojov region\u00e1lnej dopravy, pred\u010dil ak\u00e9ko\u013evek predch\u00e1dzaj\u00face obavy z n\u00e1stupu nov\u00e9ho dopravcu. Ke\u010f\u017ee sa situ\u00e1cia v\u00fdraznej\u0161ie nezlep\u0161uje, rozhodli sme sa op\u00e4\u0165 pon\u00faknu\u0165 pomoc. <strong>Sme pripraven\u00ed s BSK rokova\u0165 o poskytnut\u00ed na\u0161ej pomoci a h\u013eadan\u00ed mo\u017en\u00fdch rie\u0161en\u00ed. Rovnako, ako sme pomohli obyvate\u013eom v Malack\u00e1ch, Senci a Pezinku so slu\u017ebami MHD, <\/strong>ktor\u00e9 nov\u00fd dopravca nemal z\u00e1ujem prev\u00e1dzkova\u0165.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cSpustenie prev\u00e1dzky viedlo k v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu v\u00fdpadku spojov v r\u00e1mci v\u0161etk\u00fdch lokal\u00edt v regi\u00f3ne, \u010do v\u00fdznamne ovplyvnilo \u017eivot \u013eu\u010fom cestuj\u00facim do pr\u00e1ce, k lek\u00e1rovi \u010di de\u0165om do \u0161k\u00f4l. Obyvatelia s\u00fa ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148 vystavovan\u00ed ta\u017eko rie\u0161ite\u013en\u00fdm situ\u00e1ci\u00e1m. Neskor\u00e9 zverej\u0148ovanie cestovn\u00fdch poriadkov \u010dasto v noci, ne\u00faspe\u0161n\u00e9 \u010dakanie na potvrden\u00e9 spoje v nepriaznivom po\u010das\u00ed, me\u0161kanie a preplnenos\u0165 potvrden\u00fdch spojov navy\u0161e v pandemickom obdob\u00ed, neozna\u010den\u00e9 autobusy, neznalos\u0165 trasy, vysadenie cestuj\u00facich a det\u00ed mimo zast\u00e1vok, nespr\u00e1vny alebo \u017eiadny predaj a v\u00fddaj cestovn\u00fdch l\u00edstkov, nefunk\u010dnos\u0165 dopravn\u00fdch kariet a tis\u00edce \u010fal\u0161\u00edch s\u0165a\u017enost\u00ed obyvate\u013eov kraja potvrdzuj\u00fa, \u017ee situ\u00e1cia je v\u00e1\u017ena. V s\u00falade s platn\u00fdmi cestovn\u00fdmi poriadkami vr\u00e1tane me\u0161kania spojov neprem\u00e1va ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148 viac ako polovica spojov. Moment\u00e1lny chaos a zn\u00ed\u017eenie kvality slu\u017eieb region\u00e1lnej dopravy n\u00e1s ve\u013emi mrzia, ke\u010f\u017ee sa t\u00fdkaj\u00fa \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00fdch sme e\u0161te predned\u00e1vnom spo\u013eahlivo vozili. Je zar\u00e1\u017eaj\u00face, \u017ee nov\u00fd dopravca e\u0161te 2 dni pred spusten\u00edm prev\u00e1dzky potvrdil BSK v\u00fdpadok iba 5 % spojov. \u017dupa tak nemala \u010das pripravi\u0165 obyvate\u013eov na n\u00fadzov\u00fd stav a bola n\u00faten\u00e1 akt\u00edvne rie\u0161i\u0165 prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 probl\u00e9my a n\u00e1bor vodi\u010dov,\u201d <\/em>hovor\u00ed Pavol Labant, gener\u00e1lny riadite\u013e Slovak Lines.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cel\u00e9 vyhl\u00e1senie a tla\u010dov\u00e1 konferencia je tu:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/4vrED6DD5Qw\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kvalita a spo\u013eahlivos\u0165 maj\u00fa svoju cenu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e1 verejn\u00e1 s\u00fa\u0165a\u017e d\u00e1vala \u0161ancu na najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu zmenu v region\u00e1lnej doprave v jej hist\u00f3rii. Rozdiel medzi ponukami v\u00ed\u0165azn\u00e9ho uch\u00e1dza\u010da a Slovak Lines bol 22 mili\u00f3nov eur za 10 rokov. Av\u0161ak u\u017e teraz sa ukazuje, pre\u010do bol rozdiel opodstatnen\u00fd, a \u017ee v\u00ed\u0165azn\u00e1 ponuka m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 n\u00e1kladovo nerealizovate\u013en\u00e1. V\u0161etky s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00e9 opatrenia v\u00ed\u0165azn\u00e9ho uch\u00e1dza\u010da stieraj\u00fa rozdiel medzi ponukami a potvrdzuje n\u00e1\u0161 podnet oh\u013eadom neprimerane n\u00edzkej ceny. Iba samotn\u00fd n\u00e1borov\u00fd pr\u00edspevok vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 4 000 eur predstavuje pri potrebn\u00fdch 400 vodi\u010doch n\u00e1klad 2,2 mili\u00f3na eur (v superhrubej mzde), \u010do je ekvivalent nieko\u013ekoro\u010dn\u00fdch ziskov na\u0161ej spolo\u010dnosti. Ukazuje sa, \u017ee bola opr\u00e1vnen\u00e1, a ke\u010f\u017ee \u00daVO zmenilo prvostup\u0148ov\u00e9 rozhodnutie a na\u0161e n\u00e1mietky zamietlo, podali sme spr\u00e1vnu \u017ealobu na s\u00fad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u0161etky povinnosti sme si splnili<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>U\u017e pred podpisom zmluvy sme im poskytli v\u0161etky inform\u00e1cie, o ktor\u00e9 n\u00e1s nov\u00fd dopravca po\u017eiadal. Sprostredkovali sme stretnutie spolo\u010dnosti so z\u00e1stupcami OZ KOVO pri Slovak Lines, transparentne poskytli inform\u00e1cie o prev\u00e1dzke, kolekt\u00edvnej zmluve, platov\u00fdch a pracovn\u00fdch podmienkach na\u0161ich vodi\u010dov, na ktor\u00e9 boli zvyknut\u00ed. <strong>Od prv\u00e9ho d\u0148a po rozhodnut\u00ed \u00daVO sme akt\u00edvne spolupracovali s v\u00ed\u0165azn\u00fdm uch\u00e1dza\u010dom a BSK,<\/strong> umo\u017enili im rozbehn\u00fa\u0165 n\u00e1borov\u00fd proces v na\u0161ich priestoroch a \u017eiadnym sp\u00f4sobom sme do neho nezasahovali. Pon\u00fakli sme na\u0161e technick\u00e9 kapacity a zdroje v podobe autobusov, servisn\u00fdch z\u00e1zem\u00ed a d\u00f4stojn\u00e9 z\u00e1zemia pre vodi\u010dov v jednotliv\u00fdch lokalit\u00e1ch (Malacky, Senec, Bratislava a in\u00e9), priestory pre parkovanie, \u010distenie autobusov, tankovanie, priestory pre dispe\u010ding a prev\u00e1dzku. Napriek po\u010diato\u010dn\u00e9mu z\u00e1ujmu o komplexn\u00fa spolupr\u00e1cu, do\u0161lo iba k \u010diasto\u010dnej dohode. T\u00e1 je v podobe predaja l\u00edstkov na AS Nivy, 27 parkovac\u00edch miest a vonkaj\u0161om um\u00fdvan\u00ed autobusov. St\u00e1le sme v\u0161ak pripraven\u00ed rokova\u0165 a poskytn\u00fa\u0165 \u010fal\u0161ie zdroje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S BSK a nov\u00fdm dopravcom sme sa dohodli na skon\u010den\u00ed pracovn\u00fdch pomerov<br \/>\nk 14. novembru, ke\u010f\u017ee do uveden\u00e9ho d\u00e1tumu sme boli povinn\u00ed slu\u017ebu region\u00e1lnej dopravy prev\u00e1dzkova\u0165 sami a svoj z\u00e1v\u00e4zok sme dodr\u017eali. <\/strong>Celkovo podp\u00edsalo dohodu o skon\u010den\u00ed pracovn\u00e9ho pomeru 454 na\u0161ich zamestnancov, z toho v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina boli vodi\u010di.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cPlnohodnotn\u00e9 a spo\u013eahliv\u00e9 zabezpe\u010denie stabilnej dopravy na vysokej \u00farovni, spokojnos\u0165 cestuj\u00facich, v\u0161etk\u00fdch spojov a \u010fal\u0161\u00ed udr\u017eate\u013en\u00fd rozvoj slu\u017eieb m\u00e1 svoju cenu. Rovnako ako spokojn\u00ed zamestnanci. Kult\u00fara spolo\u010dnosti, komunik\u00e1cia, individu\u00e1lny pr\u00edstup, podpora, z\u00e1zemie, rozvoj a hlavne otvorenos\u0165 je to, na \u010dom sme posledn\u00e9 roky intenz\u00edvne pracovali. Povolanie vodi\u010da a prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9ho person\u00e1lu je stresuj\u00face a n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9. Dlh\u00e9 roky bojujeme spolu s DPMB s nedostatkom vodi\u010dov, ktor\u00ed si vy\u017eaduj\u00fa osobitn\u00fd pr\u00edstup aj v porovnan\u00ed s ostatn\u00fdmi regi\u00f3nmi. Dnes nesta\u010d\u00ed pon\u00faknu\u0165 plat 7,37 \u20ac na hodinu. Net\u00fdka sa to len vodi\u010dov, ale v\u0161etk\u00fdch zamestnancov, ktor\u00ed sa rozhoduj\u00fa pre zmenu zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea. \u013du\u010fom z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, ako a kde bud\u00fa pracova\u0165, \u010do sa bude od nich vy\u017eadova\u0165 alebo kto bude ich priamy nadriaden\u00fd. Rovnako citlivo vn\u00edmaj\u00fa, ak\u00e9 je meno spolo\u010dnosti, referencie b\u00fdval\u00fdch zamestnancov, kult\u00faru, celkov\u00fd pr\u00edstup a podporu. U n\u00e1s bol prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fd dispe\u010ding srdce a vodi\u010di tepny, pri\u010dom v\u0161etci ostatn\u00ed sme ich podporovali, ako sa len dalo. Aj v\u010faka tomu patr\u00edme k zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom s vysokou lojalitou a niektor\u00ed vodi\u010di u n\u00e1s pracuj\u00fa viac ako 40 rokov.
